Phil Daniels to star in new Adventure Game

The BBC have just released a bit more information about the upcoming Doctor Who Adventure Game, 'The Gunpowder Plot.'

The announcement concerns the supporting cast for the game. And it seems that the cast regulars are going to be joined by someone who is considered a bit of legend in British acting circles & shows that the show continues to attract the biggest stars.

We're delighted to announce that one of those cast members is none other than the legend himself, Phil Daniels, star of the cult classic, Quadrophenia and more recently Eastenders, Misfits and Rock & Chips.

As he came out of the recording session, Phil told us, 'It was great to do! You get to go through the gunpowder plot in various ways...' He pauses, not wanting to reveal too much. 'It's really interesting... It'll be fantastic!'

Phil, of course, also provided a voice on Blur's 'Parklife' single & was seen alongside Damon Albarn in the video.

If you are unfamiliar with his work you can find out on his IMDB page.

You can read the full article about the new game on the official BBC site

'The Gunpowder Plot' will be available for download from the BBC site in October.
