A Tribute To The Companions

To celebrate Doctor Who's 47th Birthday, over on the forum we have opened a specially dedicated section. Here we take a look at the companions.

The Doctor wouldnt be the same if he didnt have his companions to look after him, and someone in turn for him to look after. Since the show began so many people have travelled with him in the TARDIS that it is easy to forget some of the ones from the past and the effect they had on his character and the show in general. Like every incarnation of the Doctor, everyone has their favourite companion and though some of them may have their roles within the show questioned, each and every one of them have helped to shape the Doctor in some way. This video brings together every one of those companions as well as several of his friends from throughout the decades.
