The filming, which took place in the city centre and out at Bute Park saw a host of familar faces returning, so look away if you don't want to know who.
Filming this weekend saw the return of little Amelia, young Rory, Winston Churchill, Bearded Doctor, The Silents, The Romans and some Nazis, and there were no doubt more that just weren't seen.
It seems that people from all over history are spilling out onto the streets of modern day Cardiff (or wherever they will pretend Cardiff is in the latest episode) as they also filmed what appeared to be a chariot chase through the streets as this photo posted on the forum shows.
