That's right, Matt Smith and John Barrowman have both been nominated in the best actor category at this year's awards, with both hoping to take home the gong.
Smith's assistant, Karen Gillan, has also bagged a best actress nomination for her role as Amy Pond, while the show itself has been shortlisted for best family drama.
