You've seen more than you think!

The newest edition of Doctor Who Magazine hits the shelves tomorrow, but us lucky subscribers often get it a day early (Last month it turned up 3 days late and I nearly cried), and Moffat has once again been up to his teasing antics.

In the latest issue, he says in regards to series 6:

"You've seen more than you think. the Doctor has noticed what you have not. And when the biggest jaw-dropping twist finally comes - well, the second one - you'll realise you've known about it from the very beginning..."

Also, putting rest to all the series 1/Fnarg/31/5 debates, he claims he has only ever seen the last series as series 5, and never anything else. And to think I was just warming to the idea of Fnarg. Some serious backtracking on his part considering he started the whole bloody debate in the first place. Cheeky so and so!

  1. I think The Silence has something to do with birds. After all, how do you know it's a duck pond if there aren't any ducks? Also, the sound of birdsong has repeatedly suddenly stopped all the way through the series. Strange, that.

  2. I havent picked up on the birdsong other than in Amy's Choice. not that I can remember anyway. The Duckpond has to have something to do with it though. They made too much of a scene out of it for it to be nothing. Especially as they specifically built the duck pond for the story, when if it wasnt significant they could have just cut the line as it was quite throwaway.

  3. It happened at the end of Vampires In Venice too, and (I think) in The Hungry Earth. I'd have to recheck that one though.

  5. This may also refer to Amy's third floor staircase in her 2 level house. Which we saw in episode 1, "the beginning?" If she has a Tardis attached to her house... is her dad with the funny name a Timelord?

  6. That staircase is the bane of my life. From the first episode I knew there was something funny about it and nobody was agreeing with me, so I waited for 13 weeks, and nothing came of it. I was devastated. It has to be the stairs or I shall be writing a strongly worded letter to someone!

  7. Cybermen have been upgrading waterfowl, and they're all hiding out in the perception filtered third floor of Amy's house?
