Festival programme reveals 'Let's Kill Hitler' synopsis

It has been announced that the eighth episode of Series 6 of Doctor Who will be shown at this year's Edinburgh International Television Festival.

On Friday August 26th a screening of 'Let's Kill Hitler' will take place at The Filmhouse.

The programme for the event has revealed a few details about this episode. If you don't want to know anything I suggest you look away now.

Still here? Ok here's the synopsis:

In the desperate search for Melody Pond, the TARDIS crash lands in 1930s Berlin, bringing the Doctor face to face with the greatest war criminal in the Universe. And Hitler. The Doctor must teach his adversaries that time travel has responsibilities - and in so doing, learns a harsh lesson in the cruellest warfare of all.

So ... what do you make of that?
